Following several attempts and after working together with the Customer for over a six months period, Ruscharter contracted with Polet Airlines the An 124 for a Charter flight between Stansted UK (STN) to Kabul Afghanistan (KBL) Military sector, shipping Three (3) UPS Communication Shelters, Five (5) 1125 KVA Generators and other Miscelaneous Equipment for the NKAIA program at KBL; Ruscharter coordinated all arrangements on ground in UK including RASCO Inspection for Explosives Threat,  the collection and delivery of this Cargo to their final destination within KAIA (Kabul Airport)  The operation was regarded by the Customer and the US  Military (Consignee) as flawless, leaving no details to chance.

RusCharter  is on track of increasing our capabilities in order to be more flexible on the air cargo market; to our existing fleet of cargo aircrafts;  now we operate with 1 x IL76 based in SHJ UAE flying daily on Full Charter basis into major airfields in Afghanistan and 1 x AN12 based in Mazari Sharif primarily flying to smaller airfields within Afghanistan. Due to the high volume of requests received for the An12, we will add one more aircraft, which we anticipate will be available by month end. Finally we offer a DC-8 licensed to operate from almost any point worldwide including the US, which we utilized for several large projects in the region.

Ruscharter International  in joint venture with United Gulf Express are pleased to offer to all our customers availability for Full and Part Charters with recently acquired IL76 TD ACMI operating ex UAE to different destinations within Afghanistan and other destinations in the Middle East and Africa. We have succesfully completed 10 flights the last couple of weeks. February 12 2010 Ruscharter contacted by CEVA Logistics, plans and execute a Charter Flight for the Relief Effort in Haiti, on a two day mission of a very important cargo of Medical Supplies, departs ex Hampton Airfield GA to Port au Prince (PAP). Ruscharter contracted a DC3 local operator to transfer 3000 Kgs of these very important Commodity to the Island. High praises received from the Shipper for a flawless operation.

February 19 2010. Ratifying the level of satisfaction from the customer , Ruscharter receives a second request to plan and execute a second flight with Medical Supplies, much needed for the Relief Effort in Haiti. This time cargo is tendered at MIA departing without further incidents to Port au Prince (PAP). The constant monitoring, prompt reaction, iour own staff on the ground supervising operations are the key for being asked once again to assist with these very important missions.

Ruscharter International had been contracted by Agility for 4 flights with IL-76 into Camp Bastion OAZI. Mission was successfully accomplished on February 1, 2010. Over 100000 kgs were transferred from OMSJ to OAZI.

Ruscharter International on a joint venture with ACSI; had been contracted to plan and execute a series of flights with IL-76 into Camp Bastion OAZI. With a total of over 330000 kgs of cargo consigned to Dyncorp Afghanistan, a total of 13 missions are currently underway, departing ex SHJ with one daily rotation. Ruscharter representatives are in charge of controlling and managing on a very close watch all operations in SHJ; control of inventory for each manifest, flight schedule, obtaining necessary clearances for each flight, and receiving the aircraft after each mission to obtain POD's from the crew. Since December 4, 2009 our reps have been working on 24 hour rotations to keep track of this project, which present other challenges, such as the cargo is feeding into SHJ from the supplier in the US via Charter Flights with 747 ex IAH; through our office in SHJ all this cargo must be canalized in order to build a comprehensive loading plan for IL76 operating to Camp Bastion.

 Ruscharter International on a joint venture with ACSI; had been contracted to plan and execute a series of flights with IL-76 and DC-8  into Camp Bastion OAZI. With a total of over 600000 kgs of cargo consigned to Dyncorp Afghanistan, a total of 23 missions are currently underway, departing ex SHJ with three daily rotations. Ruscharter representatives are in charge of controlling and managing on a very close watch all operations in SHJ; control of inventory for each manifest, flight schedule, obtaining necessary clearances (ISAF Call Signs) for each flight, and receiving the aircraft after each mission to obtain POD's from the crew. Since 0ctober 28th our reps have been working on 24 hour rotations to keep track of this project, which present other challenges, such  as the cargo is feeding into SHJ from the supplier in the US via Charter Flights with 747 ex IAH; through our office in SHJ all this cargo must be canalized in order to build a comprehensive loading plan for IL76 operating to Camp Bastion. Our performance can be measured as follows 99% effectiveness ( 14 flights 1 delay due to weather conditions)

Ruscharter International contracts a DC-8 aircraft to perform last flight between Kosice, Slovakia and Baghdad, Iraq accomplishing delivery of spare parts program for US Army vehicles. The operation was performed in close coordination with authorities of Kosice International Airport and under the supervision of our own representative on ground.

Another successful mission was accomplished by RusCharter International on May 20, 2009 from Kosice, Slovakia to Baghdad International Airport. Twenty Seven Tons of spare parts were moved by utilizing DC-8 aircraft. Mission was supervised by RCI representative on the ground.

Continuing with the sequence of flights awarded to Ruscharter for the spare parts project for the US Military in Iraq; we just finalized with the 14th flight performed between 2008 and 2009 between KSC Slovakia and BGW Iraq.Utilizing a DC-8 with payload up to 43 tons this mission was completed without major events. Ruscharter has secured a minimum of five the remaining flights to complete this project, receiving high praises for it's impeccable performance.

Ruscharter plans and executes in a joint venture with Rock it Cargo USA, two flights with AN26 from CUZ -GYE - PTY for Movistar and renown latin artist Amaia Montero. This operation required movilizing our own representative to monitor and supervise the flight between CUZ and LIM which presented a calculated challenge due to the altitude in the Cusco region. Due to mechanical difficulties the aircraft assigned to perform these flights had to return in mid flight between LIM - CUZ; but finding an alternative aircraft to complete this mission always within the window frame between each show.

Ruscharter in coordination with Air Charter Guru contracts flight for the Iraqi Ministry of Energy to urgently move equipment and spare parts for Baghdad power plants. The operation needed to be completed within 36 hours from their original request. This flight departed ex AMS and aircraft utilized for this mision an A310 which serve it's purpose, as the payload unexpectedly increased over 5 tons of the original request. Once again Ruscharter sends their own representative to AMS to monitor and supervise operations.

Following with the spare parts project for the US Army; Ruscharter contracts with our major partner Silkway Airlines, their IL-76 PS-90 to perform second flight ex KSC Slovakia to BGW Baghdad Iraq. Payload 43 tons and once again our representative was on ground supervising operations. The end user once again praise our performance and recommends the Shipper to use Ruscharter International for the remaining flights.

Ruscharter contracts a DC-8 aircraft to perform first flight of a total of five, from KSC Slovakia to BGW Baghdad Iraq. Forty Two Tons of spare parts for US Army vehicles were on board of this flight. The operation was performed under the supervision of our own representative on ground.
